UWA offers a number of short term accommodation options close to campus for UWA staff, students and visitors. Stays are available from as little as one night to a maximum of two months.

UWA-managed properties

Forrest Hall

A number of modern self-catering apartments are now available at Forrest Hall to visiting fellows, researchers and academics for short stays for a minimum stay of 5 nights and maximum of two months (60 days).

The serviced studio rooms and two bedroom apartments offer panoramic views of the Swan River, and are complemented by exceptional common spaces that include dedicated study and lounge areas; as well as a library and resource centre.

Forrest Hall offers a one-of-a-kind experience, distinct from conventional hotels / accommodation, as it is deeply rooted in a meticulously curated academic and community-oriented environment. The Forrest Research Foundation team vets each individual booking request, deciding on whether to extend an invitation to you / your proposed guest. The outcome will depend on several elements including a combination of availability, mix of current guests and the range of functions they are coordinating during your requested stay.

Conditions apply. Refer to the FAQs or contact us for further details.

Forrest Hall is completely booked until April 2024  and will not be operating during the UWA Shut Down Period.
